Files must be submitted in PRESS READY format. This means your file can go DIRECTLY to the press, without any alterations being made. We'll check your file to confirm it's PRESS READY once for FREE before sending it to the printer (and let you make any corrections to it, if need be), but any time it has to be sent back to you for alterations thereafter will incur a $25 service charge. It's a lot easier (and cheaper!) to get it right the FIRST time.

• Files must be submitted in JPG format ONLY
• Please send each side as separate file (Side1, Side2)
• 300 dpi resolution
• CMYK for color, or grayscale for b+w
• Keep any graphics or text you don't want trimmed off 1/8" away from the edges
• Add 1/8" additional bleed outside the 4" x 6" trimline
• Payment must be received IN FULL (and cleared) before your job is scheduled. As you are providing uneditable image files, we don't provide proofs. Matchprints must be waived and an indemnification form must be signed before your job goes to press. Please be aware that RGB monitor color and laser printer colors will look different (generally brighter) than their CMYK translations.
• All paperwork (below) MUST be properly filled out and recieved.
